Kelvin Solco (Pastor K) is the Senior Pastor and Visionary leader of VCC. Kelvin is a Motivational Speaker, Inspirational Preacher, a Financial Literacy Teacher, and a Business Consultant! Pastor Kelvin has traveled and preached in many states, including Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and others. Kelvin was born in Orange, Texas

She is the host of the VCC Women's Friday Night Gospel Service which empowers women to use their ministry gifts as well as support the gifts of others. Evangelist Solco was born in Augusta, Georgia, and she is a retired distinguished teacher in the Port Arthur Independent School District. Evangelist Ellen holds a bachelors degree from Lamar University. Evangelist Solco is also a gifted artist that specializes in painting outdoor landscape themes. Evangelist Solco has many other gifts and talents including making beautiful custom costume jewelry.

Sister Brisco was born in Orange, Texas, and she is a mother of 2 children and grandmother. She is a teacher in the PAISD school district and she has a Bachelor's Degree in Chil

He began as a substitute teacher at Thomas Jefferson High School and was certified as a Texas educator 3 years later. Deacon McCoy earned a B

Pop Up Church & Food Distribution – May 30, 2026
Join us on Saturday, May 30, 2026, for our Pop Up Church and Community Food Distribution. We will share the Gospel and distribute groceries to families in need throughout our area.
This outreach is a practical demonstration of God’s love in action. Volunteers are welcome to help with setup, prayer, and food distribution.

On Sunday, June 14, 2026, we will celebrate Pew Packer Sunday. Our goal is simple: fill every seat with family members, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

This month, our church-wide prayer focus is bold and faith-filled: we are believing God to move many of our members and families from apartments and rental housing into homes of their own.
Prayer: Father, in the name of Jesus, bless our members with homes of their own. Open doors of favor, provide the necessary resources, and grant wisdom and discipline. We believe You are able to do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Old Testament Verse of the Month – Deuteronomy 28:2 (KJV)
“And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.”
Think About This:
God does not whisper blessings reluctantly — He promises they will come upon you and overtake you when you walk in obedience. That means His favor can surround you, pursue you, and rest upon your life.
Blessing is not accidental. It is connected to alignment. When we hear God’s voice and follow His direction, we position ourselves for overflow. This month, let your focus be obedience, faithfulness, and trust. As we seek Him first, we believe His blessings will not just visit us — they will overtake us.

Think About This:
Notice the wording — “hath blessed us.” Not “might bless.” Not “will someday bless.” But has blessed us.
Through Christ, we already have access to spiritual blessings — peace, grace, favor, wisdom, strength, and eternal hope. Our blessing is not based on circumstances; it is rooted in our relationship with Jesus.
This month, walk confidently knowing that you are not trying to earn God’s blessing — you are walking in what He has already provided.

The church is not a museum for saints; it is a hospital for souls.
At Victory Christian Church, you are wanted, needed, and deeply valued. God has placed gifts, strength, wisdom, and leadership inside of you that the body of Christ needs.
Seven Reasons Men Should Come and Help the Church
