“Victory Today Is Yours!”
This month, our church-wide prayer focus is bold and faith-filled: we are believing God to move many of our members and families from apartments and rental housing into homes of their own.
We are praying for better credit, stable employment, increased income, financial discipline, and favor with lenders. We are asking God to provide the resources, wisdom, and opportunities needed to turn the dream of homeownership into reality.
A home represents stability, security, and a lasting legacy for future generations.
Victory Family, let us pray in unity and believe God to turn leases into deeds and dreams into addresses.
Prayer: Father, in the name of Jesus, bless our members with homes of their own. Open doors of favor, provide the necessary resources, and grant wisdom and discipline. We believe You are able to do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Q: In Second Book of Kings 5, what simple act of obedience led to Naaman being healed of leprosy?
A: Naaman was healed after he obeyed the word of God delivered through Elisha and dipped himself seven times in the Jordan River.
Scripture Reference:
“Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.”
— Second Book of Kings 5:14 (KJV)
Q: According to Gospel of Matthew 6, what did Jesus say we should seek first in order for our needs to be provided?
A: Jesus taught that if we seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, God will provide the things we need.
Scripture Reference:
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
— Gospel of Matthew 6:33 (KJV)
Keep believing and keep obeying. Naaman received his blessing through obedience, and Jesus reminds us that when we put God first, He will supply what we need. God still honors faith, obedience, and trust.
Good job! Victory Today is Yours!
Sincerely,
Pastor K
Old Testament Verse of the Month – Deuteronomy 28:2 (KJV)
“And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.”
Think About This:
God does not whisper blessings reluctantly — He promises they will come upon you and overtake you when you walk in obedience. That means His favor can surround you, pursue you, and rest upon your life.
Blessing is not accidental. It is connected to alignment. When we hear God’s voice and follow His direction, we position ourselves for overflow. This month, let your focus be obedience, faithfulness, and trust. As we seek Him first, we believe His blessings will not just visit us — they will overtake us.
Victory Family, we will be blessed!
New Testament Verse of the Month – Ephesians 1:3 (KJV)
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:”
Think About This:
Notice the wording — “hath blessed us.” Not “might bless.” Not “will someday bless.” But has blessed us.
Through Christ, we already have access to spiritual blessings — peace, grace, favor, wisdom, strength, and eternal hope. Our blessing is not based on circumstances; it is rooted in our relationship with Jesus.
This month, walk confidently knowing that you are not trying to earn God’s blessing — you are walking in what He has already provided.
Declare it with faith:
We will be blessed!
Stay encouraged. Stay obedient. Stay victorious.

The success of the January seminar was reflected in the glowing feedback from attendees:
Victory Christian Church extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of this seminar. We look forward to seeing you at the next session on September 20, 2025 at 11 AM!
Scripture Reference (NKJV):
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.”
— Proverbs 3:5–6
Men carry a lot.
Responsibility. Pressure. Expectations. Silent battles.
And if we’re not careful, we can spend too much time worrying about who supports us, who doesn’t support us, who notices us, who criticizes us, or who misunderstands us.
But here’s the truth:
A man who trusts God does not have to manage people. God does.
At Victory Christian Church, we are raising men who focus on obedience — not on opinions. Men who stay faithful — not fearful. Men who move forward — not distracted.
Genesis 12 teaches us something powerful. God told Abram to leave everything familiar. He didn’t tell Abram to monitor who clapped for him or who criticized him. God simply said, “Go.” And then God added, “I will bless those who bless you.”
In other words, God handled the relationships. Abram handled the obedience.
Men, that’s our model.
You don’t need to chase approval.
You don’t need to fight every critic.
You don’t need to stress about who didn’t help you.
If God called you, God will cover you.
Romans 8:31 reminds us:
“If God is for us, who can be against us?”
At Victory, you’ll find men who are learning to:
• Trust God fully
• Stay focused on purpose
• Pray instead of panic
• Build instead of complain
• Lead without fear
We are not here to impress people.
We are here to honor God.
Some men have walked away from church because of drama, judgment, or disappointment. Some have felt overlooked. Some have carried silent frustration.
But here, we build each other up. We sharpen each other. We pray for each other.
And we remind one another of this simple truth:
Trust God. Don’t worry about others.
If you’re a father, husband, businessman, student, grandfather, or simply a man trying to grow — there is a seat for you.
Come grow with us.
Come pray with us.
Come build with us.
No games. No pressure. No pretending.
Just men becoming stronger in Christ.
Victory Today is Yours.
