Summer 2026 Prayer Focus – From Apartments to Houses of Their Own

This month, our church-wide prayer focus is bold and faith-filled: we are believing God to move many of our members and families from apartments and rental housing into homes of their own.

Prayer: Father, in the name of Jesus, bless our members with homes of their own. Open doors of favor, provide the necessary resources, and grant wisdom and discipline. We believe You are able to do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Frequently Asked Question

Old Testament Blessing Trivia Question

Q: In Second Book of Kings 5, what simple act of obedience led to Naaman being healed of leprosy?

A: Naaman was healed after he obeyed the word of God delivered through Elisha and dipped himself seven times in the Jordan River.

Scripture Reference:

“Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.”
— Second Book of Kings 5:14 (KJV)

New Testament Blessing Trivia Question

Q: According to Gospel of Matthew 6, what did Jesus say we should seek first in order for our needs to be provided?

A: Jesus taught that if we seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, God will provide the things we need.

Scripture Reference:

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
— Gospel of Matthew 6:33 (KJV)

Encouragement

Keep believing and keep obeying. Naaman received his blessing through obedience, and Jesus reminds us that when we put God first, He will supply what we need. God still honors faith, obedience, and trust.

Good job! Victory Today is Yours!

Sincerely,
Pastor K

Verses of the Month

Old Testament Verse of the Month – Deuteronomy 28:2 (KJV)

“And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.”

Think About This:

God does not whisper blessings reluctantly — He promises they will come upon you and overtake you when you walk in obedience. That means His favor can surround you, pursue you, and rest upon your life.

Blessing is not accidental. It is connected to alignment. When we hear God’s voice and follow His direction, we position ourselves for overflow. This month, let your focus be obedience, faithfulness, and trust. As we seek Him first, we believe His blessings will not just visit us — they will overtake us.

Victory Family, we will be blessed!

New Testament Verse of the Month – Ephesians 1:3 (KJV)

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:”

Think About This:

Notice the wording — “hath blessed us.” Not “might bless.” Not “will someday bless.” But has blessed us.

Through Christ, we already have access to spiritual blessings — peace, grace, favor, wisdom, strength, and eternal hope. Our blessing is not based on circumstances; it is rooted in our relationship with Jesus.

This month, walk confidently knowing that you are not trying to earn God’s blessing — you are walking in what He has already provided.

Declare it with faith:

We will be blessed!

Stay encouraged. Stay obedient. Stay victorious.

Victory Today is Yours!

Thank you for your generosity!

Participant Reviews

The success of the January seminar was reflected in the glowing feedback from attendees:

  1. "The finance seminar was an excellent experience! The session was incredibly comprehensive and covered a wide spectrum of topics that were both relevant and insightful. I truly appreciated how Pastor Kelvin struck the perfect tone for the audience, ensuring the material was accessible and engaging regardless of each participant's level of expertise. What stood out most for me was the effort to connect with everyone — both those in the room and the virtual attendees. Pastor Kelvin made the session interactive and inclusive. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to expand their knowledge of finance in a clear and practical way." – P.H.
  2. "Mr. Solco is extremely knowledgeable and uniquely presents the information in a way that truly sticks. He is comical, but you understand the seriousness of applying the information and how it will impact generations if you remain consistent. I highly recommend attending this class! He breaks it down in a way that is digestible. We often have the excuse of not having the extra money, but he helps you to realize the money is there, you’re just spending it in the wrong way." – K.B.
  3. "The way Pastor Solco makes investing so simple and feasible makes me want to get my entire family involved so we can all think like investors." – R.T.
  4. "I really enjoyed the class. It was great. I learned the difference between an index and an ETF, and it is always a way to save and buy stocks. I learned how to become an investor instead of a consumer. I cannot wait till the next class." – M.R.
  5. "Reverse budgeting is something I’ve never heard of before now. Extremely helpful for us! I’m grateful to Pastor Solco for this wisdom!" – K.T.
  6. "What a wonderful way to spend an early Saturday afternoon. The VCC 'financial freedom seminar' provided guidance in the midst of a changing political governance. Those in attendance were introduced to 'how to invest in Electronic Traded Funds (ETFs).' Our Pastor also presented an easy-to-follow budgeting plan...that made sense!" – A.M.
  7. "More than fabulous! Most needed for anyone, but a special thanks that you have our people in creating generational wealth! Thanks and blessings, Brother Solco!" – A.M.

Victory Christian Church extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of this seminar. We look forward to seeing you at the next session on September 20, 2025 at 11 AM!

Pastor K's Message to Men

Real Men Trust God and Serve Others.

Real Faith. Real Strength. Real Men. No Distractions.

Message to Men: The Church Needs You

“Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.” — 1 Corinthians 16:13 (NKJV)

Men, don’t let rumors, disappointments, or past experiences keep you away from church.

Yes, churches are filled with imperfect people—but they are also filled with people seeking a perfect God.

The church is not a museum for saints; it is a hospital for souls.

At Victory Christian Church, you are wanted, needed, and deeply valued. God has placed gifts, strength, wisdom, and leadership inside of you that the body of Christ needs.

Seven Reasons Men Should Come and Help the Church

  1. Your Presence Matters – Other men and young boys need to see godly examples.
  2. Your Strength Is Needed – The church needs workers, builders, protectors, and leaders.
  3. Your Wisdom Can Guide Others – Your life experiences can encourage someone else.
  4. Your Family Needs Your Example – When men lead spiritually, families are strengthened.
  5. Your Gifts Have a Purpose – God has uniquely equipped you to serve.
  6. Your Faith Will Grow – Church helps you become stronger in Christ.
  7. Your Reward Will Be Great – God honors those who faithfully serve Him.

The enemy wants men isolated, discouraged, and distracted. God wants men engaged, empowered, and equipped.

Brother, the church is better when you are in it. Your seat is waiting. Your assignment is ready. Your brothers need you.

Come as you are—and let God do the rest.
