Kelvin Solco (Pastor K) is the Senior Pastor and Visionary leader of VCC. Kelvin is a Motivational Speaker, Inspirational Preacher, a Financial Literacy Teacher, and a Business Consultant! Pastor Kelvin has traveled and preached in many states, including Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and others. Kelvin was born in Orange, Texas

Evangelist Ellen Solco is a spirited preacher, an excellent teacher, and a gifted singer. She is a loving mother and grandmother to not only her immediate family, but to many others as well. She is the host of the VCC Women's Friday Night Gospel Service which empowers women to use their ministry gifts as well as support the gifts of others. Evangelist Solco was born in Augusta, Georgia, and she is a retired distinguished teacher in the Port Arthur Independent School District. Evangelist Ellen holds a bachelors degree from Lamar University. Evangelist Solco is also a gifted artist that specializes in painting outdoor landscape themes. Evangelist Solco has many other gifts and talents including making beautiful custom costume jewelry.

He began as a substitute teacher at Thomas Jefferson High School and was certified as a Texas educator 3 years later. Deacon McCoy earned a B

VCC to Host Financial Freedom Seminar – May 17, 2025
Victory Christian Church (VCC) will proudly host its highly anticipated Financial Freedom Seminar on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM, welcoming attendees eager to gain practical, faith-based insight into managing their finances, building wealth, and walking in economic victory.
This empowering seminar will continue our growing movement at VCC to equip members and community guests with real-world financial knowledge rooted in biblical principles. The session promises to be more than just informative—it will be transformative.
Building a Budget That Works
The seminar will kick off with a refresher of the reverse budgeting techniques, helping participants learn how to create a spending plan that aligns with their income, goals, and faith.

Dividend Stock Market Basics
The conversation will then shift to an engaging and easy-to-follow segment on investing in dividend stocks. Beginners will explore how to spot promising dividend-paying companies, interpret financial ratios like P/E and PEG, and evaluate long-term investment opportunities. The goal? To teach God’s people how to make money work for them, rather than working for money alone.
Real Estate 101 – A New Pathway to Ownership
In an exciting addition to this year’s seminar, the final segment will introduce participants to unique way of purchasing real estate starting with vacant lots! Guests will learn key steps in preparing to buy low-cost property, and how owning land or a home can become a legacy-building tool for future generations.
